This little chap is a cross between a caricature and a cutsey little animal. He bears a striking resemblance to a friend of ours who drinks in the local and much admired my last mouse carving.
Anyway Pedro is carved in Eucalyptus and is around 75mm (3 inches) tall. He has a touch of brewers droop, his beer belly has slipped below his belt line and his thick horn rimmed glasses give him the look of a rather myopic owl. Anyway, I’ve really enjoyed carving this little guy and am looking forward to seeing Peter’s face when he sees him.
